Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, personalized, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
