Custom Orders
All custom orders are made specifically for you. Please review and approve designs, spelling, sizes, and other details carefully before production. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

Payments
Payment is required before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Production & Shipping
Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Product Colors & Appearance
Colors may vary slightly between digital designs, screens, and finished products.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, except in cases covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

Customer-Provided Designs
By submitting artwork, logos, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to use it and that it does not infringe on another party’s rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary.
